High profile marketing, PR and event campaign for sought-after destination hotel and restaurant.

Following an impressive restoration project, South Sands Boutique Hotel & Beachside Restaurant commissioned Sam as an in-house and onsite lead project manager to oversee a launch marketing campaign. As one of the most prestigious locations in Salcombe, South Devon, it was paramount that the new brand and campaign activity reflected the South Sands name and ethos, which is synonymous with quality and the best in design, location and hospitality. A full schedule of events, marketing and PR to drive brand, coverage and customer engagement was launched, working closely with the in-house team to ensure marketing activities and engagement were in-line with accommodation and dining revenue targets. Sam collaborated with a specialist luxury travel PR in London to ensure a steady flow of national journalists through the hotel and restaurant doors, resulting in an impressive line-up of national coverage. A full suite of lifestyle photography and branded materials including the in-house South Sands Magazine were developed. Highlights of the event and partnership campaign including exclusive hospitality events with the likes of Sunseeker and Ferrari. A series of special menus and residential courses created and hosted by well-known chefs and food & wine ambassadors to the region, also featured prominently.
